Sheep Again

These are not "exotic" sheep like the ones I see on some of the "sheepy blogs" I like to frequent, but they're still cute. Last Sunday afternoon, I  dropped Russ and Kai off at the head of the Kern River Parkview, planning to meet them an hour or so later after I'd done some grocery shopping. Instead of going in a straight line to my destination though, I thought I'd see if there any lambs out in the country. I hit the jackpot.

Awwww! So sweet.

Every once in awhile there will be sheep and/or goats at a farm on Tuskawilla Road. But, there isn't a good place for me to pull over and get pictures. :-(

There is just something so appealing about lambs. We are now into the main lambing season here - I am so lucky to have them in the field in front of the house!

So cute! I wish I could find some lambies around here -- I need them for the photo scavenger hunt this month!

Such sweet little lambs. I love seeing sheep in a meadow, too. They look so peaceful and content.

Too sweet! Just love seeing the lambs... A pipedream is to have a mini farm with alpaca and sheep... Think of all the fiber! ;o) Happy Spring ((HUGS))
